Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns
We offer free shipping on all orders
We ship within 1-3 business days of order placement.
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing orders.
We do not accept returns.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of order delivery. Buyer must cover shipping costs. To request an exchange you must fill out the contact us form and ship goods within 7 days of the exchange request. Exchanges will not be honored if you do not complete the form within 7 days of receiving the good(s) and ship the good(s) to boutique within 7 days. The good(s) must be returned in new or unused condition and in the original packaging. We will not send the new item until we receive the item to be exchanged.
